Team Timeline tells the company story as the people who joined it. A heading and one line lede sit above a vertical rail of year entries, each carrying a milestone title, a short story, and an overlapping avatar group of the people who came aboard that year. A dot on the left rail marks each chapter down the line.
The entries are one array of year, title, story, caption, and a list of joiners with portraits, rendered as an ordered list on a bordered rail. The avatar stacks use a background matched ring so the faces read as a group in both themes. Four chapters pace the rail well, though it accepts any count. Everything follows the collection conventions, tokens, borders, and the shared avatar set.
Reach for this block on an about page telling growth through hiring, companies whose story is really the story of who showed up. Pairing each milestone with the faces who joined answers how did you get here in a way a stat strip cannot. It goes deeper than the roster where team-grid-with-avatars shows only the present team.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

After
One strong use is a founding to present story told through joiners. Other rails:
Tip: caption each stack with what the year meant, not just who joined, the story is why they came, the faces are the proof.
