Team Grid With Avatars is the classic team section. A centered heading and lede sit above a grid of eight members, each a circular illustrated portrait with a name and role beneath, four across on desktop and two across on phones. The portraits come from the shared avatar set, so the section ships with consistent, license free art instead of a folder of headshots.
The members are one array of name, role, and portrait component, reordering the team is reordering the array. The grid handles four to twelve people gracefully. When you have photography you trust, the Avatar slot accepts it, but the illustrated set keeps every face consistent until then.
Reach for this block on about and careers pages where the whole team deserves equal billing. It is the egalitarian sibling: founders-spotlight elevates two people, leadership-list adds biography, this one says we are a team in one calm grid. For very large teams, team-by-department or compact-team-roles scale further without a wall of faces.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Tip: write roles people outside your company understand, head of growth lands where growth ninja does not.
