Leadership List is the editorial team section. Under a plain heading and a lede about accountability, each leader gets a full width row divided by hairline rules: a compact avatar, the name and highlighted role on one line, and a two or three sentence biography with room to breathe. The rows read like a well set annual report page rather than a card grid.
The leaders are one array of name, role, bio, and portrait. Four rows is the comfortable depth, the divided list scales to six before it wants pagination. The bios reward specificity, what each person publishes, hosts, or still does by hand tells readers more than a career summary.
Reach for this block when buyers evaluate the people as part of the deal, enterprise sales, agencies, and services where leadership credibility closes contracts. Sentences persuade where team-grid-with-avatars only introduces, and the format flatters fewer people better than team-cards-with-socials flatters many. Keep it to the people genuinely accountable to customers.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Tip: end each bio with something the person still personally does, answering a support shift outranks a decade of titles.
