Carrier Handoff Card follows one parcel across the two carriers that share an international route. Each leg is its own bordered card, a carrier mark, the leg role, a copyable tracking number in a mono strip, a status badge, and a plain note on where that leg stands. Between the two cards a handoff marker records the exact scan where the first carrier passed the parcel to the second at the border.
The legs are one array of two items with an active flag that drives the pulsing Updating badge on the live leg and the quiet Complete badge on the finished one. The distinguishing content is the closing line, which explains that the first number going quiet after the handoff is normal, nothing is lost, the second number carries on from the same scan.
Reach for this block as the tracking view for any international order that changes hands at the border, inside the order tracking flow. The handoff scan time on both cards must be the same real event or the honesty the block is built on collapses.

Tip: keep the closing line about the first number going quiet; without it a customer reads the stalled tracking as a lost parcel and opens a ticket.
