About this block

Courier Contact Card splits delivery support honestly into two routes, the courier for today's van, driver instructions and safe places, because we cannot reach the van faster than you can, and the store for everything else with a one business day human answer. The footer sets the 3 day no movement rule, skip the courier, that is our claim to chase, not yours.

Routes are one array of two cards. Sending customers to the right desk first is the cheapest support optimization that exists.

When to use

Reach for this block on the tracking page below the timeline. The courier honesty only works if the courier app link is deep linked per shipment, not a generic homepage.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

• Order tracking timeline

After

• FAQ

What you can display

One strong use is the two desk split. Other contact cards:

• Freight version. The crew dispatcher for furniture deliveries.
• International. Customs broker added as a third desk with its narrow scope.
• Pickup point. The shop's own phone and hours for held parcels.

Tip: we cannot reach the van faster than you can is disarming because it is true, admitting the limit of your power makes the rest of the card believable.
