About this block

Delivery Photo Confirmation is the delivered state done with proof and an exit, the courier's photo with its privacy terms, stored 30 days, visible to you and support only, the drop details, and the button that matters, that is not my door. The footer commits to the resolution, replacement ships tomorrow if the search loses.

Static state to wire to carrier webhooks. The photo privacy line preempts the question every photo drop raises.

When to use

Reach for this block as the delivered state of the tracking page. The not my door path converts the worst delivery moment from a support fight into a one tap process.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Tracking timeline reaching its final stage

After

• Order issues card behind the wrong door button
• Write review prompt weeks later

What you can display

One strong use is the photo drop confirmation. Other states:

• Neighbor drop. Who has it, with the consent noted.
• Locker confirmation. The locker shot with the code resent.
• Signature version. Who signed, for the orders that need one.

Tip: replacement ships tomorrow if the search loses is the policy that makes photo drops acceptable, proof without recourse is surveillance, proof with recourse is service.
