About this block

International Tracking View renders five stages from Rotterdam to New York with the customs stage shown as current and annotated honestly: “Customs does not publish queue times, ours have cleared in 1 to 4 days historically, and the tracker cannot see inside the building.” Done stages show a filled dot with a check, the current stage an outlined ring, future stages a grey dot. The footer adds: past day 4 with no release scan the store files the inquiry itself, 0.6% of parcels last year, almost all paperwork typos, all delivered.

Stages are one array of five items with a state field. The customs honesty note is the distinguishing content, a spinner or silent wait in its place is the genre default this block replaces.

When to use

Reach for this block as the tracking page for any international order inside the order tracking flow. The historical clearance range and the filing threshold must match real courier data or the promise becomes fiction.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

• Post purchase section

After

• Weather delay notice

What you can display

One strong use is the Rotterdam to New York five stage route. Other international trackers:

• Asia Pacific route. More stages, a longer customs window, the same honesty applied.
• EU domestic. No customs stage, a simpler four stage timeline without the annotation.
• Express international. Two day routing with a tighter historical window and a lower filing threshold.

Tip: the block works only if the customs note is populated with real historical data; a made up range is worse than no range.
