Customer Questions FAQ renders four verbatim buyer questions as a dated feed, each with the asker's avatar, first name, and the date the question came in. Every question is answered in an indented reply signed by the named person who builds the thing being asked about, so the reply reads like the bench talking, not a script.
Entries are one array. The signed replies are the block credibility; a customer trusts the person who cuts the canvas over a generic support byline, and the dates prove the answers are kept current rather than left to rot.
Reach for this block on the help page or below a product overview where buyers form the exact doubts these questions name. The dates and the named answerers must be real; a fabricated signature undoes the whole point of the format.

One strong use is the four buyer questions with signed replies. Other customer question arrangements:
Tip: the date on each question does more work than any badge; it tells the reader the answer is maintained, and a stale date is worse than none.
