FAQ Topics Index maps the help center as six topic tiles, each with its question count and the single most asked question linked directly, statistically the one you came for. The footer keeps the index alive, an unanswered email probably joins it.
Topics are one array. Surfacing the top question per tile saves the click that loses half of help center visitors.
