Returns Faq Two Col lays all eight return questions open in a two column ruled grid, no accordion, because the lede names the reader's state, nobody anxious about a return wants to click eight times. The answers carry the policies that differentiate, refund on scan, exchanges ship first, damaged items need no return.
Questions are one array. Two sentences per answer maximum, the format forces the policy to be simple enough to state.
Reach for this block as the returns page body. The eight answers should cover the entire policy, if a ninth question exists, answer it here rather than in a linked PDF, returns pages are where trust is audited.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: the damaged item answer, replacement same day, no return needed, is the policy that gets screenshotted into group chats, lead with generosity where damage is your fault.
