Skip the Queue FAQ splits the five questions that filled half of last month's inbox against the case for writing in anyway. The right column is an accordion, the first item open by default, each answer closing with the honest count it earned ("Asked 402 times in June"). The left column carries the heading "Check here before you write," a "Not one of the five?" panel with a Write to us button, and a footnote tallying the hand-sorted month: 1,142 messages, 633 of them covered by these five.
Every question, answer, and count lives in one array. The counts are the working part, they earn the deflection by proving the reader is not being fobbed off, and the panel underneath keeps the door open for the message that actually needs a person.
Reach for this block high on the contact page, above the human routes, so a reader can self serve before joining the 4 hour queue. The counts must come from a real inbox tally or the whole thing reads as a guess.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: the ask count under each answer is what sells the deflection; drop the numbers and it reads like any FAQ you would rather scroll past.
