Missing Parcel Flow handles the marked delivered but not there case as three ruled steps, each with its honest base rate: check safe places and neighbors (60% surface here), give it 2 days because couriers self correct (another 25% turn up), then it is ours, reship or refund your pick, the last 15% on us with no questions. The CTA starts the 2 day clock from the report date, and the footer says if the parcel surfaces in a recycling bin tomorrow, just reply and say so.
Steps are one array with title, detail, and rate per row. The per step base rate beside each instruction turns a waiting instruction into a reason rather than a stall.
Reach for this block on the order help or contact page for the case where tracking says delivered and the doorstep is empty. The rates should reflect real courier data or be described as estimates.
