Contact Routes Page lays out four named inboxes as cards: Maya on order issues (median first reply 4 hours), Rob on repairs (same day, photos help), Priya on trade (same day), and Dana on press (within 2 days, these wait behind customers). Every card names the person by first name, role, and measured reply time, not a promise.
Routes are one array. The phone note at the bottom owns the absence plainly: two people answering email well beats one answering email and phone badly, with the one freight exception named.
Reach for this block as the top section of the contact page, before any form or flow. The reply times must reflect real measurements or the card footer reads as marketing.
