Rows are one typed array and the percent fill is derived from hours over a shared capacityHours constant, capped at 100. The footer states the rule plainly: capacity assumes 30 focus hours per person per week and time off is subtracted automatically.

When to use

Reach for this block on a team or resourcing view, wired to your tasks endpoint grouped by assignee. It helps a lead spot an overloaded teammate before handing out more work.

What you can display

One strong use is the sprint capacity check. Other workload shapes:

• By hours booked. Swap open task counts for calendar hours pulled from meetings.
• Story points. Replace the hours budget with a per person point ceiling.
• Cross team roll up. Group rows by squad with a subtotal per section.

Tip: keep the over capacity signal to one colour and one badge; a wall of red reads as noise, not a cue to rebalance.
