Assignee Workload is a team capacity panel with one ruled row per teammate: avatar, name, open task count, a Progress bar for capacity, scheduled hours against a 30 hour budget, and a load Badge. Six people are listed, Maya Chen sits over capacity at 34 of 30 hours, and a Rebalance button lives in the header. The subtitle reads Week of Jun 9 to 13 with 52 open tasks across 6 people.
Rows are one typed array and the percent fill is derived from hours over a shared capacityHours constant, capped at 100. The footer states the rule plainly: capacity assumes 30 focus hours per person per week and time off is subtracted automatically.
Reach for this block on a team or resourcing view, wired to your tasks endpoint grouped by assignee. It helps a lead spot an overloaded teammate before handing out more work.

Tip: keep the over capacity signal to one colour and one badge; a wall of red reads as noise, not a cue to rebalance.
