Board Template Picker is the Acme board creation surface: a grid of workflow templates, each with a mini column mockup drawn from stub bars, a short description, and a columns and automations meta line. The chosen template is ringed and marked Selected, with Create board and Start blank actions sitting in the header.
Templates are a typed array where each declares its columns and a stub count per column, and the mini preview is built from those numbers rather than an image, so a new template needs no artwork. The selected state is derived from a single id, which keeps exactly one card highlighted as the choice changes.
Reach for this block at the start of board creation, when a person is picking a starting shape rather than building columns from scratch. Wire each template to a preset that seeds the columns and automations, and let Start blank open an empty board instead.

One strong use is the new project board picker. Other template galleries:
Tip: preview each template with its real column shape, not just a name; the mini board tells a person more about the fit than the title ever will.
