File Activity Feed is the audit timeline for a folder and its subfolders, grouped into Today and Yesterday on a vertical rail. Each event pairs an action icon node with an action sentence naming the actor and file, a right-aligned relative time, then the actor avatar beside a detail line carrying the folder path or context. Today holds four events from an edit through an upload; Yesterday holds a move out of Drafts and a deletion sent to trash.
Two typed arrays, one per day group, keep each section label paired with its list. The connecting rail line is suppressed on the last row of each group, and the detail line does the quiet work: sharing scope, comment text, file size, or where a file moved from and to.
Reach for this block on a folder view or workspace dashboard, wired to an activity endpoint scoped to one folder tree. Group events by day as shown and keep the retention note honest with your backend, the footer says activity is kept for 90 days.

Tip: the detail line is what turns a bare event into a useful one, always give each action its context.
