Team Availability Heatmap is the overlap grid for the platform team, week of Jun 22 to 26, showing how many of 6 people are free in each slot from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Cells darken as more teammates are free, a legend runs from 0 free to 6 free, and the single full overlap slot, Tuesday Jun 23 at 10:00 am, is ring highlighted in the grid and repeated in a callout as the only slot this week where all 6 people are free, paired with Propose this time. A footer note explains free and busy state comes from each connected calendar in the team timezone (UTC+1).
Rows are one array of hourly counts, and a level helper maps each count to a foreground opacity step so the shade scales with the number free. A best slot constant drives both the in-grid ring and the callout, so a recomputed peak moves both at once.
Reach for this block when an organiser is hunting for the one hour a whole team can meet. Derive the counts from your connected calendars, wire Propose this time to your invite draft, and set the best slot from the densest cell.

One strong use is the team meeting overlap finder. Other team availability heatmap uses:
Tip: the ring on the single full overlap slot is the whole answer; keep it the one visually loud cell so the organiser sees the meeting time at a glance.
