About this block

Scheduling Link Card is the Calendly-style share widget for Avery Stone at avery@acme.com. The booking URL acme.app/book/avery sits in a code chip with a copy icon. Below it three meeting types are listed in a ruled card: Quick chat (15 min, +5 min buffer), Working session (30 min, +10 min buffer), and Deep dive (60 min, +15 min buffer), each with a description line. The availability window reads Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, UTC+1. A shielded integrity note at the base states that double bookings are blocked at the calendar source, not just hidden in the UI.

Meeting types are one array with duration, buffer, and description fields. The integrity note is not boilerplate; it answers the first question every booker has.

When to use

Reach for this block on a user profile or settings page where team members share their booking link. Wire the copy button to the clipboard API and the Open booking page button to the public booking URL.

A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

Before

• Profile account
• Settings pages

After

• Availability grid
• Notifications

What you can display

One strong use is the personal booking link share card. Other scheduling link card uses:

• Team booking page. Replace the person identity with a team name, show each member as a meeting type row with their own link.
• Event type manager. Editable version with rename and toggle controls per meeting type row.
• Embed snippet. Show the embed iframe code instead of the booking URL in the code chip.

Tip: the buffer is part of the promise to the booker; surface it next to the duration so it is never a surprise at the end of a session.
