Built on the ui/progress and ui/badge primitives, each card is one object of title, actual, target, progress, status, and a detail line, so wiring live numbers is a data swap. The status variants map to the badge styles, on track, ahead, and behind, and the board keeps the behind card in view rather than quietly dropping it.
