Talent Network catches the strong candidate who arrives when nothing open fits. The left column pairs heading copy with three icon led promises that set the terms up front: a note only when a role matches an area you picked, never more than one email a month, and a one click exit that deletes your details. The right column is a bordered signup card with a labelled email field, a checklist of teams to hear about, a join button, and a quiet line on unsubscribing and data sharing.
The promises and the team interests are two typed arrays, so retitling a team or adding a fourth promise is a data edit. The card uses the shared input, label, checkbox, and button primitives, so it inherits form styling and focus states without any custom work.
Reach for this block at the bottom of an open roles list, so the candidate who scrolled without a match still has somewhere to land. Picture a company that hires in bursts: naming exactly what joining means, a rare email and a clean exit, converts the people who have been burned by recruiter spam and would otherwise close the tab for good.

Tip: state the email cadence as a hard number and keep it. A promised one email a month that becomes weekly loses the exact people the honest terms were meant to win.
