Careers FAQ splits the page into a promise and its answers. The left column carries the heading, a short lede, and a contact card with a reply time you can keep: anything not covered here reaches a real person within two working days. The right column is an accordion of six questions, the first one open, so the section reads as answers rather than a closed list.
The questions are one array of question and answer. Each answer is written the way you would say it on an intro call, visas and relocation, remote by default, applying without every requirement, how equity actually vests. The contact card catches the seventh question the six could not predict.
Reach for this block low on a careers page, after the roles and the benefits, where a candidate has one worry left before applying. It answers in public the objections that otherwise die unspoken in a recruiter's inbox, which both reassures the ready and filters the unsure. Pair it with culture-values-split for the day to day and hiring-process-steps for the loop ahead.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is the six questions candidates raise on intro calls. Other sets:
Tip: keep the first item open, a closed accordion reads as a wall, an open one reads as an answer.
