Benefits Icon Grid answers the question every candidate quietly asks before they apply: what is it actually like to work here? A centered header sets the tone, six benefits sit in a three by two grid, each led by a lucide icon in a soft muted square with a short name and two lines of supporting copy, and one rounded button sends motivated readers straight to your open roles.
Each benefit is one entry in a typed array with an icon, a name, and a description, so extending the grid to nine items or trimming it to three is a small edit. The icons come straight from lucide and the tiles are plain theme tokens, so the section ships with no images and looks right in light and dark.
Reach for this block on the careers page of a growing company, right after you have introduced the mission and before the list of open roles. Picture a Series B startup hiring twenty people this year: candidates arrive from a job board, skim the story, then decide whether to apply based on exactly the things this grid covers, healthcare, equity, leave, and how remote work really works.

The obvious fit is a benefits summary for a careers page. A few other ways to use the frame:
Tip: keep every description at two lines and roughly the same length. The grid reads as a single calm unit when the rows align, and one long outlier breaks the rhythm more than you would expect.
