Hiring Journey removes the biggest source of candidate anxiety: not knowing what happens after you press apply. A centered header states how long the process takes, four numbered steps march across the page with a name, two lines of plain copy, and a small duration line each, and hairlines join the circles on desktop so the whole thing reads as one path. A muted strip closes the section with an accommodations note and a quiet contact link.
The steps live in a single typed array with a name, a description, and a duration, so renaming a stage or adding a fifth is one edit and the connecting hairlines adjust on their own. There are no images and no icons to source, so the section is pure theme tokens and works in light and dark unchanged.
Use this block on a careers page directly above or below your open roles list. Picture a company whose craft interview replaces the usual take home test: spelling out each stage, who attends, and how long it takes tells strong candidates the process respects their time, and the published durations hold your own team accountable to them.

Tip: be honest with the duration lines. Candidates compare processes across companies, and a real "within one week" builds more trust than an optimistic figure your team cannot hit.
