Mission and Values is a company values section for a marketing landing page. It opens with the mission set as the headline and a slightly longer lede that frames the values as the way the company actually operates, then lays out four value cards in a single row on desktop. Each card leads with a lucide icon in a soft muted square, followed by the value's name and a two line description. A quiet closing line attributes the values to the founding team and links out to open roles.
The cards use the collection's standard card surface, so the section stays light and reads as one calm unit rather than four competing tiles. Everything is a typed array in the file: swap the icons, rename the values, and rewrite the descriptions without touching the layout, and the grid collapses to two columns and then one as the viewport narrows.
Reach for this block on an about or careers adjacent page once the origin story has been told and you want to show how the company behaves day to day, for example a developer tools startup explaining what candidates and customers can expect from working with the team. The closing careers link makes it a natural last beat before an explicit hiring section.
