About this block

Founders Q and A frames the about section as an interview. A heading and short intro sit on the left above the two founders introduced with portraits, name, and role, beside a ruled column of five questions customers actually ask, each answered in a short paragraph attributed to the founder who wrote it. The format trades polished mission copy for the candor of a real conversation.

The questions and answers are one array you replace with your own, and the attribution line under each answer keeps the two voices distinct. Because the questions come straight from customer calls, the block reads as evidence the founders listen rather than a curated highlight reel.

When to use

Reach for this block on about pages where the founders are the reason customers trust the company, founder led teams, independent products, and anywhere the honest answer beats the marketing one. It differs from a standard FAQ by being personal, signed, and pulled from the questions people really ask.

A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Before

• About narrative the interview then makes personal

After

• Team introducing the people behind the answers
• Contact for the reader who now has a question of their own

What you can display

One strong use is a founder interview built from real customer questions. Other conversations:

• Product AMA. The questions raised most in support, answered by the people who ship the fixes.
• Investor letter. Hard questions about the business answered plainly by the founders.
• Hiring FAQ. What candidates actually ask, answered by the team they would join.

Tip: use the questions you would rather skip, the uncomfortable ones are what make the honesty land.
