Neon Border Card wraps a standard card in a glowing outer layer that sits just behind the card surface. A blurred green glow ring surrounds the card at rest, and when a pointer moves over the group the glow intensifies and snaps to full opacity. Inside, the card holds a header with a title and a short description, a body paragraph, and a footer row with two buttons placed at opposite ends.
The glow, the title, the description, and the body copy are all independent. You can swap the green tone for any color that fits your palette, replace the demo project text with your own content, and remove the Cancel button if the action is always destructive or irreversible.
This card fits well on a developer tools product where a dark or neutral background is common and a pop of color signals an important action. The glow makes a single card read as a focal point without needing a badge or a ribbon, so it works well for a quick deploy prompt, a one-step setup wizard opener, or any call to action that sits alone on the page rather than inside a grid.

Tip: the glow reads best against a dark or mid-tone background; on a white page, reduce the blur layer opacity at rest so the effect stays subtle.
