Automation Templates Grid is the template gallery panel: six ready-made automation cards each with a plain-language trigger-to-action title ("When a deal closes, notify the #sales-wins Slack channel"), a category Badge (Sales, Lead routing, Support, Onboarding, Billing, Project), and a use count formatted to 3.2k, plus a search field to filter the set and a dashed start-from-scratch tile at the end of the grid. Use counts run from 980 to 3.2k so the social proof gradient is visible without being implausible.
Templates are one typed array. The start-from-scratch tile sits last in the CSS grid so it always lands after the real options; the footer note names the freedom: every template is editable after selection.
Reach for this block as the entry point to your automation builder, wired to your template catalog endpoint and a router push on Use template. Let the search field filter client-side on small sets or fire a query param on larger ones.

Tip: plain-language trigger-to-action titles outperform category names alone; users recognize their own problem faster than a label.
