Checklist Card is the lightweight subtask widget, a titled card labeled Deploy checklist with six Checkbox items, a Progress bar at 3 of 6, and the honest footer line: Checklists do not block anything. They just remember for you. The six steps run from Set up staging environment through Notify team in Slack after deploy, with the first three checked.
Items are one flat array. The honesty note is load bearing; without it users treat a checklist as a gate and open support tickets when a task closes before all boxes are ticked.
Reach for this block embedded in a task card, issue panel, or settings page step where a short ordered list needs visible progress. Wire the Checkbox state to your task item completion endpoint.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

Tip: keep the honesty note; removing it causes the card to be misread as a blocking gate, which it is not.
