Team Leaderboard Stats is a single panel card ranking five support teammates by tickets closed this week: Priya Nair 34, Marcus Kim 29, Sofia Reyes 27, Jordan Lee 21, Noah Park 16 against a 127 total. Avatars from ui/avatars, a proportional bar in bg-foreground/50, and a footer that names the limit, volume is one signal, not the score, CSAT and reopen rate live on the quality board. Every row uses equal weight styling; the top performer is not visually crowned.
Teammates are one array with a width field set to the proportion of the leader. The equal styling is a design decision, ranked lists should whisper because the person ranked fifth can see this panel too.
Reach for this block on a team overview or support ops page, wired to your tickets endpoint with a weekly aggregate grouped by assignee.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the support team weekly output view. Other leaderboard panels:
Tip: always add the quality caveat footer; a bare volume ranking without context trains the wrong behavior in every team that reads it.
