Data Retention Settings presents five data types for Acme (activity logs, audit trail, webhook delivery logs, error and debug logs, deleted content), each with a closed retention period Select showing the current value (30 days, 90 days, or 365 days). Two honest consequence panels follow the list: the first explains the automatic export seven days before the window closes; the second states that deleted data is unrecoverable with no soft-delete grace period. A legal hold note closes the panel, directing admins to support@acme.com to place or release a hold that suspends all schedules.
Retention types are one typed const array. The consequence panels are not collapsible; the content is the policy and users are expected to read it before saving.
Reach for this block on the workspace security or compliance settings page, wired to your retention policy API and storage destination config. Require an owner-level session before the save bar is enabled.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the compliance retention configuration panel. Other data governance surfaces:
Tip: never collapse the consequence prose; a user who shortens a retention period and loses data will always say they did not see the warning.
