Plan Downgrade Warning is the confirmation surface for switching the Acme workspace from Team to Free, effective Jul 1, 2026. A ruled panel lists exactly what is lost: priority email support, 90-day retention dropping to 7 days, and 3 workspaces shrinking to 1. The seat reduction section names the three affected members with avatars (Jordan Lee, Maya Chen, Omar Haddad) and the precise badge reads 5 seats now, 3 on Free. A third row lists what is kept: event history through Jun 13, the workspace slug and integrations, and all exported data and API keys. Confirm downgrade is the secondary outline button; Keep Team plan is the calm primary.
Feature and member arrays sit above the component as typed consts. Naming real people in the seat list is what makes users pause instead of clicking through.
Reach for this block as the confirmation step when a user chooses Downgrade on the plan picker, shown in a dialog or dedicated settings route. Wire the confirm action to your subscription downgrade endpoint and return the user to the billing page after.

Tip: keep the calm action (stay on current plan) as the filled primary button so the safe path is the path of least resistance.
