Feature Spotlight Blueprint is the static open state of a coach-mark that surfaces a new capability without interrupting work: a dimmed scrim over the contacts table, the bulk-actions toolbar outlined and alive (Assign owner, Add tag, Export, Archive, 3 selected), and a callout card anchored below it with a New badge, a one-line explanation, and a Got it button at 1 of 1. The scrim, highlight ring, and callout card are plain markup, no Radix portals.
The dim is opacity-40 on the background panel, not a real overlay, so the block screenshots cleanly and installs without portal setup. Callout position is absolute inside a relative container.
Reach for this block when you add a bulk-action surface or any non-obvious secondary toolbar that users are unlikely to discover on their own. Wire Got it to a per-user seen flag so the spotlight fires exactly once.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the bulk-actions first-discovery coach-mark. Other spotlight uses:
Tip: keep the callout to one sentence and one action; more turns a coach-mark into a modal.
