Notification Empty State is the all-caught-up view for a workspace notification inbox, a muted bell icon, the heading "You are all caught up", and the honest note "Nothing is waiting for you right now. That is allowed." Below the message a three-cell strip shows today's tally: 12 cleared, 3 snoozed, 7 archived, dated Jun 13. A footer explains the 30-day auto-archive and links to settings.
The today stats are one array. The footer carries the privacy line "We never auto-follow projects or threads on your behalf," which is the sentence that saves a support ticket.
Reach for this block as the zero-state of your notifications panel, wired to your notifications endpoint when the unread count is zero. Replace the today counts with real values from the same endpoint.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

Tip: the today tally turns an empty screen into evidence of work done, not an absence of activity.
