Digest Settings Card lets a user trade the stream of notification emails for one summary, a frequency picker (Off, Daily, Weekly) with a one line consequence each, an include list of four sections as labeled switches, and the honest footer that does the reassuring, digests pause while you are active in the app, so a busy day never doubles up.
A client block, the frequency choice dims the include list when Off. Frequencies and sections are two arrays. The pause-while-active line is the difference between a digest people keep and one they mute.
Reach for this block in notification settings beside the per-type controls, wired to your digest scheduler. The pause-while-active promise needs real presence tracking to keep.
