Banner With Actions is the persistent workspace notice card, a titled message with a date stamp, a body that spells out the consequence (after Jun 16 you will lose access to unlimited seats, custom domains, and priority support), two action buttons (Upgrade now and Remind me tomorrow), and a dismiss icon in the top corner. One card, one message, no color alarm.
The data is a single config object. The date stamp is what separates a banner from a nag: it shows the user when it was posted, so repeat visitors know they already read it.
Reach for this block at the top of any workspace page for time-sensitive notices that need an action, wired to your billing or feature flag state. Render at most one banner at a time; stacked banners read as a wall.
