Sidebar Footer Menu Open is the user menu shown in its open state at the foot of a sidebar, rendered as a static inline blueprint. The menu panel sits above the Avery Stone avatar row and lists Profile, Settings, Toggle dark mode, and Command menu with a Kbd hint showing the Cmd K shortcut, followed by a divider and Sign out. No Radix DropdownMenu portal is used; the panel is plain markup positioned above the trigger row.
Menu items are one array with an optional keys field that drives the KbdGroup. The static open state means the layout screenshots correctly and works inside the preview iframe without portal escape.
Reach for this block as the reference pattern for your sidebar user menu, pairing it with the sidebar shell as the outermost frame. Wire the menu items to your router and theme context.

Tip: the keyboard shortcut on Command menu is the only affordance that teaches users the palette exists; do not omit it.
