No Search Results State keeps the query in the search box, reports an honest miss, then offers three real scopes to widen: search all 4 workspaces, the docs at docs.acme.com, and support articles. Each scope is a full button carrying a hint line so the user knows what they are opening before they click. The coverage note at the bottom is deliberate: search covers project names, descriptions, and comments, it does not search file contents yet, and the yet is honest.
Wider scopes are one array with icon, label, and hint. The coverage caveat is not defensive copy, it is the thing a user needs to know before they conclude the feature is broken.
Reach for this block on any global or workspace search surface, wired to your search index so the query reflects the live input value. Update the scope buttons to match the actual destinations your product exposes.

One strong use is the workspace full-text search panel. Other no-results states:
Tip: say what the search checked, 24 projects and 1,180 comments, so the user trusts the miss rather than retrying the same query.
