Role Change Dialog is the permission-change confirmation shown before promoting or demoting a workspace member. The headline names the person: Change role for Maya Chen. A profile strip below shows the MayaChen avatar, her email maya@acme.com, and the transition rendered as two badges with an arrow between them: Member to Admin. Three bullets name exactly what Admin adds: access to billing, invoices, and payment method settings; ability to invite and remove members including other Admins; and visibility into all projects and environments in the workspace.
The adminGains array is the working part. The footer note is the effective-immediately line: Maya gets an email and the change is recorded in the workspace audit log with your name and timestamp. Cancel and Confirm role change close the dialog.
Reach for this block whenever a role change requires explicit confirmation, wired to your PATCH member endpoint. Populate the person from the members list and derive the gain bullets from your role diff so the list is always accurate for the target role.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the Member to Admin promotion confirm with gain bullets. Other role-change dialogs this shape fits:
Tip: name the gains from the destination role, not the losses from the source; gains are easier to verify and reduce support tickets about what the new role can do.
