Comment Composer is the standalone comment entry surface, Avery Stone composing a comment that already contains an in-progress mention, @priya could you take a look at the rate-limit handling in. The card has a formatting toolbar (Bold, Italic, Code, Link), a Paperclip attach action separated by a rule, and a Comment button with the Cmd+Enter keyboard hint visible at wider viewports.
The @ mention hint sits between the textarea and the toolbar as a gentle affordance, not a modal interrupt. Cmd+Enter belongs next to the submit button, not buried in a tooltip.
Reach for this block wherever users leave threaded comments on a resource: issues, documents, pull requests, or design canvases. Wire the textarea to your comment API and the formatting icons to your markdown serializer.
