Grouped Bar Chart compares this billing period against the previous across six feature categories: API calls, Exports, Imports, Webhooks, Reports, and Searches. Two bars sit side by side per category in chart-1 and chart-2 with a shared legend. The footnote names the biggest mover: Webhooks jumped 61 percent period over period, driven by the new event subscriptions released in May.
Chart data is an array of category, thisPeriod, and lastPeriod triplets. Putting the delta explanation in the footnote keeps the chart clean while giving the reader the answer they actually need.
Reach for this block on a usage analytics or product telemetry page, wired to your billing period aggregates. Keep the category count to six or fewer so bars remain legible without horizontal scrolling.

Tip: name the biggest mover in the footnote rather than adding a callout annotation; it keeps the chart clean and gives readers the answer in plain language.
