Ban Appeal Panel is a static dialog blueprint for case APL-2026-0012, five sections inside a centered card: the original enforcement action (permanent ban on Jun 11 by Priya Nair, citing a pattern of targeted harassment over 60 days and a third incident within 90 days triggering the automatic policy), the appellant Liam Walsh with his account age, the appeal statement in a blockquote where he takes responsibility and asks for a reduced suspension, a three-row enforcement history (content removed, 7-day suspension, formal warning), a required decision note field, and a callout stating that reversals restore the account fully and immediately, that an optional apology message can be sent on behalf of the platform, and that upholding sends a final notification with no further appeal path for 12 months.
Prior actions are one array. The block renders as a full- page scrim with the card centered using the dialog blueprint pattern; no Radix Dialog is opened.
Reach for this block as the appeals review surface linked from an appeals queue, wired to your enforcement case endpoint by appeal ID. Require a non-empty decision note before either action button fires.
