A11y Checklist Panel is the WCAG 2.1 audit surface for the Acme workspace interface, eight criteria in a ruled list: criterion ID, name, level badge (A or AA), a one- line description, and a pass/fail/manual badge. The header pairs the panel title with an overall score chip, 62% driven by pass count, plus the breakdown: 5 pass, 1 fail, 2 manual. Each row carries a Detail link to the W3C understanding document.
Checks are one typed array; the score is derived at module level so the header chip and footer always agree. The distinction between fail (ship blocker) and manual (human review required) is what separates a useful audit panel from a green-lights-only vanity meter.
Reach for this block on the accessibility or audit page of a settings area, wired to your automated checker output. Fix fails before shipping and schedule human review for manual rows.

Tip: manual rows need an owner and a review date or they stay manual forever; add both as columns.
