Issue Anatomy splits into two columns. The left holds the pitch, a labeled email form, and a cadence note that names the send rhythm and a total read time. The right lists the four recurring segments every issue contains, numbered 01 through 04, each with a name, a short description, and its own read time so the whole format is legible at a glance.
The four segments are a single array, so the installer edits names, descriptions, and read times in one place. Naming the exact structure rather than promising value in the abstract lets a subscriber know what format lands in their inbox before they hand over an address.
