Unsubscribe Confirmed honors the choice first, then keeps the relationship. An icon badge tops a headline that confirms the exact list stopping today, and the body names the address and frames what follows, these are the emails you still get, keep or drop them here. A preference card lists the remaining email types with per list checkboxes, each showing a name, a cadence, and a one line description of what it delivers.
The lists are one array with a subscribed flag driving each default checked state, so the card doubles as a live preference center. A save button anchors the card, and a footer line makes the two promises that matter, resubscribe is one click and transactional notices always send because they are not marketing. An undo action sits just below for anyone who acted too fast.
Reach for this block as the landing page a one click unsubscribe link resolves to. It works because it treats leaving one list as a preference, not an exit, giving the person a graceful way to keep the mail they still want instead of a hard all or nothing goodbye.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is the newsletter unsubscribe with a preference card. Other variants:
Tip: keep transactional notices visibly separate on the card, people unsubscribe far more calmly once they trust their billing and security mail is untouched.
