About this block

Maintenance Page narrates planned downtime like a professional. The wrench disc and headline name the situation, the body says what is actually happening, a database move, and gives the window with a countdown phrasing, about 40 minutes from now. The untouched card lists what keeps working, and the closing line lands the two trust facts, live status updates, announced two weeks ago.

The still works list is one array. Specificity is the calm, faster hardware and 06:00 UTC read as a team in control where unexpected maintenance reads as a fire. The announced 14 days ago clause is the difference between planned and excused.

When to use

Reach for this block during scheduled windows, served to dashboard routes while marketing pages stay up. The untouched list is the load bearing part for automation products, customers fear their scheduled work stopping more than they mind a read only hour.

A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Before

• Navbars kept visible so the rest of the site stays reachable

After

• Footers with support contacts intact

What you can display

One strong use is a database migration window. Other notices:

• Upgrade window. A major version rollout with what changes when it returns.
• Regional maintenance. One region down with the others explicitly unaffected.
• Third party outage. An upstream provider failure, named honestly, with your mitigation.

Tip: say what keeps working before what does not, the untouched list is what stops the support tickets.
