Not Found Directory treats a 404 as a fork in the road rather than a dead end. An oversized number set in a whisper of muted foreground floats above a calm headline and a single line of copy, and a primary pill button offers the fastest way home. Below the fold of the message, a three card directory routes visitors to the documentation, the live status page, or a support channel, each card pairing an icon with one line of context and an arrow link.
The message and the directory are independent. You can rewrite the headline, change the button target, or point the three cards anywhere without touching the layout. There are no images and no raw colors: the giant number, the icon tiles, and the card frames are all theme tokens, so the page holds up in light and dark and ships with zero assets.
Reach for this block as the body of your not found route when lost visitors tend to be looking for something specific. On an analytics platform, a broken deep link usually belongs to someone mid task: a developer hunting an API reference, an admin checking whether an outage explains a missing dashboard, or a customer who just needs a person. The directory answers all three in one glance, and the full viewport centering keeps the moment composed instead of alarming.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

The three cards are the working part of the page. Point them at whatever your lost visitors most often need:
Tip: keep the copy above the cards to one sentence. The faster a visitor reaches the directory, the more the page feels like help instead of an apology.
