Member Spotlight puts one face to the whole community. A profile rail carries a portrait, a role line, and three membership facts, member since, answers posted, calls hosted, beside a three question interview where the same prompts get honest answers. The heading dates it to this month, and a past spotlights link says this is a running series, not a one off.

The facts and the interview are two arrays. The three question format is the discipline, the same questions every month mean the answers compare across people and the section never drifts into a testimonial. Keep the answers specific, a spreadsheet attached within the hour beats any adjective about how helpful the room is.

When to use

Reach for this block on community pages once the numbers have been made, it puts a person where the stats were. A spotlight humanises a board that would otherwise read as counts, and it gives lurkers a model of what membership actually looks like from inside. Refresh it monthly, a stale spotlight quietly dates the whole page.

What you can display

Tip: keep the same three questions every month, the comparison across spotlights is worth more than any single answer.
