Join FAQ Accordion answers the objections before they become reasons not to sign up. The left column holds reassurance copy, a create account button, and a free forever line, beside an accordion of the five questions people actually send before making an account, is it really free, do I have to be a customer, how fast are answers, will I get sold to, can I just read. The first answer sits open so the tone is set before a visitor clicks.
The questions are one array on the ui Accordion. Honesty is the whole job here, each answer names the real constraint, six volunteer moderators and a hosting bill, rather than dodging it, and the no pitch answer binds the host hardest. Vague reassurance reads as evasion, so keep every answer concrete enough to be checkable.
Reach for this block low on a community or signup page, right where a reader is deciding whether the account is worth an email address. It clears the friction that kills conversions, cost, lock in, spam, without a support ticket. Use the real answers you give in private, a FAQ that sounds like marketing defeats the purpose of running one.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Tip: open the answer people worry about most, an honest reply to the hardest question earns the rest a read.
