About this block

Resolution Outcomes Report opens with four headline tiles: complaints last quarter set against total orders, the share that ended in the customer's favor, the median time from first email to fixed, and the small count that went past the store. Below them a single panel splits every complaint category by where it ended, from first reply through escalation to the handful that left the building, drawn as segmented bars under one shared legend.

Stats and categories are each one array, and the bars are plain div segments sized by percentage with no chart dependency to install. The footer footnote earns its place: the report ships every quarter with the worst ones left in, and the raw archive sits one link away.

When to use

Reach for this block on a resolution or trust page, after the complaint process explainer has set out the path. The quarterly figures must reflect real support data to stay honest.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

What you can display

One strong use is the quarterly complaint breakdown. Other report variants:

• Returns outcomes report. Every return reason split by refund, exchange, and store credit.
• Support SLA report. First reply and resolution times measured against the promise for each channel.
• Refund timing report. How fast money went back, banded from same day to the slow outliers.

Tip: leaving the worst quarter visible is the whole point; a report that only ever improves reads as a highlight reel, not a record.
