Resolution Outcomes Report opens with four headline tiles: complaints last quarter set against total orders, the share that ended in the customer's favor, the median time from first email to fixed, and the small count that went past the store. Below them a single panel splits every complaint category by where it ended, from first reply through escalation to the handful that left the building, drawn as segmented bars under one shared legend.
Stats and categories are each one array, and the bars are plain div segments sized by percentage with no chart dependency to install. The footer footnote earns its place: the report ships every quarter with the worst ones left in, and the raw archive sits one link away.
