About this block

Make It Right Promise publishes three failure rules in a grid with the automatic and generous fix for each: wrong item reships express the day you say so, late delivery refunds the shipping before you notice the delay, damaged arrival needs one photo and the replacement ships the same day. No claims process, no negotiation. A boundary card below the grid draws the line: weather and courier misdrops get help, not compensation, and the difference is what keeps the promise cheap enough to keep.

Failures are one array, three cards. The footer cites the annual letter figure: $9,000 across 48,000 orders last year, the apology priced and worth every dollar.

When to use

Reach for this block on a resolution or guarantee page, below the trust signals section and before the contact routes. The express reship and automatic shipping refund claims must reflect what operations actually delivers.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

• Trust signals

After

• Complaint process explainer

What you can display

One strong use is the three failure cards with boundary footer. Other promise blocks:

• Digital product promise. Access failure, broken download, and wrong file, each with the automatic fix.
• Subscription promise. Missed box, wrong variant, damaged contents, the same automatic rule applied.
• Repair promise. Fault reappearing within 90 days, the fix performed again at no charge.

Tip: the boundary stated too heading matters as much as the promise; publishing what is not covered is what makes the covered list credible.
